Bass was once the biggest brewer in the world, exporting more than a million barrels a year throughout the British Empire, creating one of the original India Pale Ales (IPA) in the process. Its unique Burton flavour is the stuff of legends. Still brewed in 'Yorkshire Squares' using English hops, Draught Bass is a classic ale with a malty, fruity, nutty aroma and a complex, satisfying flavour.
