Enter The Serpent!
We’ve called it the Lamb & Serpent! Why? Because it’s gentle but with a bite! This is my current favourite. It’s made from more than 40 varieties of apples from both ancient and new orchards. This is a still cider at 6.8% (be careful because it doesn’t taste 6.8%) served at room temperature from our granite stillage. Our good mate Phil Game is designing the label for it now. Here’s some work in progress!
