We’ve put Hawkstone on at the Old Exeter Inn for three reasons. 1. It’s a fantastic product. 2. British Farming and British Pubs (in fact, the whole hospitality industry and its significant supply chain) is in tatters through Red Tape, absurd Government interference and gigantic amounts of Taxation that’s destroying what’s left of once great institutions. Decades of crap governance. Out of touch people in positions of greatness. Red. Blue. Red. Blue. And now utter maniac Reds. Our industry needs a voice. Jeremy Clarkson is a one-man campaigning machine through his programmes, wit and British humour. We like that. 3. Jeremy has entertained the nation for a long time. Top Gear and the Grand Tour is British clowning around to be proud of. The world seems to approve. And so do we.
