A beer with warming maltiness, perfect for shorter, cooler days when the leaves begin to fall. This is a single-hopped ale, using Fuggles – providing deep and booming earthy hop notes on the nose. Malt is the king on the palate with hints of autumn berries, chocolate, toffee and caramel, until the long dry finish, which also has a subtle fruitiness.

West Country’s finest! No visit to the Old Exeter Inn is complete without trying our Rough Cider or Perry. Rough Cider is often known as Scrumpy and is a traditional still drink at room temperature. We serve it from jugs. Perry is made from pears and is delicious. Not easy to come by these days. These are our staples and feature at the Old Exeter Inn all the time.
